Every report received will be reviewed by the Compliance Officer of the Bioprofarma Bagó S.A. Integrity Program, maintaining confidentiality regarding the complainant.
The report will be reported to the areas and individuals whose cooperation is essential. Bioprofarma Bagó S.A. guarantees protection against retaliation for those who report in good faith a potential violation of the Code of Ethics. Conversely, sanctions will be applied if bad faith or false reports are detected, or if the investigation into the reported incident is intentionally obstructed.
