Indications
- Adult and pediatric patients with recently diagnosed, Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase;
- Adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive CML in chronic phase and accelerated phase, with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy, including imatinib;
- Pediatric patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive CML, in chronic phase, with resistance or intolerance to previous treatment, including imatinib.
